During school holidays, we invite the youngest visitors to join together with their grandfather and grandmother or other family members and a playful companion who once lived in a museum building to explore interesting collections. This Wednesday we will explore our new exhibition Man on the Moon. Children will have the opportunity to touch the surface of the Moon, to become astronauts and learn about space travel and the possibilities of life on the Moon. They will also learn about Apollo 11, the first space ship which travelled to the Moon 50 years ago, and its brave astronauts Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins and Edwin Aldrin.

Suitable for children from 5 years of age escorted by an adult. You can join the event by purchasing a museum ticket.
