Technical Museum of Slovenia Collections

The Technical Museum of Slovenia began setting up the fishing department in 1982 – the exhibition was complete and fully open to the general public 5 years later. It was set up with the help and patronage of the Fishing Association of Slovenia, which still supports it to this day. The fishing department was created with the aim of presenting a complete historical overview of fishing activity in Slovenia.
