On Sunday, 21st July, from 11:00 to 18:00, we would like to invite you to the Technical Museum of Slovenia in Bistra near Vrhnika to the celebration of the first step a man made on the surface of the Moon. It was made by Neil Armstrong exactly 50 years ago.
We have prepared a program of guided tours, workshops and activities for children and adults:
At 11.00: We fly to the Moon, guided tour for children with experiments and games for children.
At 15.00: Guided tour of the temporary exhibition Man on the Moon with authors of the exhibition curator Irena Marušič and curator Irena Ribič.
At 16.00: The Story of the Moon, storytelling for children with the curator Katja Kresse.
At 17.00: Lunar and meteorite surface, lecturer: curator dr. Miha Jeršek (Slovenian Museum of Natural History).
