The Slovenian Olympic torch in Bistra

The torch was brought to the Technical Museum of Slovenia in Bistra on Monday, 17. 5. 2021, from Borovnica by group of runners of all generations. It was then taken by the best amateur road cyclists in the world, Ajda Opeka, who took it to the town Vrhnika.

The guest of honor was Ivo Čarman, who in 1984 ran to the Koševo Stadium in Sarajevo with an Olympic torch. The event was also attended by the director of TMS dr. Barbara Juršič.
We thank Timing Ljubljana for the LED light, which counted down the time until the Olympic Games.
