Exhibition by Umanotera, the Slovenian Foundation for Sustainable Development, about experts’ predictions about what kind of Slovenia we will live in at the end of the 21st century, if we do not act quickly and decisively on climate change.
The exhibition presents both the consequences of our insistence on lifestyles that cause climate change, and also highlights that we can still mitigate the climate crisis and avoid such a future. Photos of six recognizable Slovenian places – Ljubljana, Lipica, Pohorje, Ptuj, Mangart and Piran – are shown, their images now and at the end of the 21st century, if the worst scenario of the continuation of large global greenhouse gas emissions comes true.
Exhibition is on display in Technical Museum of Slovenia in Bistra near Vrhnika from November 9, 2022. You are welcome!
